By downloading and using Vocabulary Dojo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Vocabulary Dojo is designed for all ages who are capable of reading and understanding. Users under 13 years old must have parental consent to use the app.
3. Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree that the data you provide is accurate and complete.
You may delete your account at any time under: Menu > Profile > Delete My Account.
This action is irreversible and will remove all data associated with your account.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some features in Vocabulary Dojo are available via subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Apple, and we do not store any payment information.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and refund policies.
5. Advertisements
The free version of Vocabulary Dojo may display ads, including those served by Google AdMob. Ads help keep the app free for users.
Subscriptions remove all ads from the app.
6. Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for personal, non-commercial use
- Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its content
- Respect other users and our team
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violating these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Vocabulary Dojo, including design, flashcards, graphics, and mascot, is owned by us or licensed for use and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Modifications
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful use of the app.
10. Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure the app works as expected, but Vocabulary Dojo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss resulting from its use.
